PROGRAM AND INFORMATION

Thursday, June 14

4-7 PM – Check-in and Reception

Friday, June 15

8-9 AM – Check-in

9 AM-Noon – Guided Walking Tour of Historic Williamsburg (a couple of blocks from the Patrick Henry Inn)

1:30-5 PM – Meetings and Discussions

7 PM – Dinner at Crowne Plaza

Saturday, June 16

8:30 AM – Motorcoach departs hotel for tour

9 AM – 1:30 PM – Guided Tour of Jamestown (9-11 AM at Jamestown Island, where the original settlement was and where the archeological excavations are, and 11-1:30 PM at Jamestown Settlement, and indoor and outdoor museum.) Cafeteria at Jamestown Settlement serves lunch.

2:00 PM – Return to hotel

3-6 PM – Meetings and Discussions

7 PM – Dinner at Crowne Plaza

Sunday, June 17

8 AM – 3:30 PM (times subject to change) – Bus Tour of Eastern Shore of VA, with program enroute, to see the area where Capt. Thomas Graves and other early settlers lived, Hungar’s Church, the cemetery, etc. Lunch and Founder’s Day program will be at Hungar’s Church.

Meals

The dinners on Friday and Saturday, and the lunch on Sunday for those on the tour, are scheduled as part of the reunion. For other meals, you are on your own. The dinners will be at the Crowne Plaza Williamsburg at Fort Magruder (about ½ mile down the road from the Patrick Henry Inn), since the banquet part of the Patrick Henry Inn is being renovated. We plan to have a speaker and/or entertainment at the dinners. Continental breakfast will be available at the Inn every morning, and there are other restaurants in the immediate area.

The opportunity for each part of the family to meet with related family members and share family information.
Viewing and purchase of books, family charts, and videos.
Free time to schedule your own activities.
